nude-skiing

Skiing is one of the most fun and popular extreme sports and challenging recreational activity in countries and areas where there are down slopes covered by thick snow.
The activity has been becoming more and more popular as time goes by, that there are various variations and modifications devised by enthusiasts and fanatics to make the sport or hobby more thrilling, exciting and engaging.
Skiing is becoming more and more popular to people of all ages, in all locations throughout the world. That is why you should not be surprised that there are people from tropical and hot-climate countries that know how to ski. Some are even experts at it.
However, skiing is never exempted to funny and weird actuations and interests of scrupulous and weird people.
It is well-known and sometimes amusing fact that there
are people who would always dare go beyond the limits of sanity and practicality. Thus, simple activities are made complicated or altered to make them extremely bizarre and out of this world.
In skiing, the share of these weird actuations is the rapid popularity of naked skiing.
Nude skiing
As the term implies, the activity is skiing without wearing proper and appropriate clothes. There are dozens of Web sites offering shots, images and pictures, even videos, of people who like skiing in the nude.
It is amazing that these online sites proliferate. But the blame, or should it be put credit, should be put to people accessing and checking them out.
Nude skiing, as its advocates and proponents would argue, is more of an artistic form of self expression. Art has always been the scapegoat to basic exhibitionism and indecent exposure, don’t you think?
The dangers of nude skiing
But beyond the aesthetic, amusing and artistic coating to the idea, nude skiing is indeed a very dangerous activity.
Skiing is a dangerous and risky activity to begin with, but the life- and health-threatening factors are even magnified and illuminated by skiing in the nude.
In skiing, it is imperative that one first secure or own the complete and necessary equipment and apparel for skiing.
Equipment include, ski and ski poles. Apparel include ski boots, ski binding, sun glasses, ski gloves and ski suit. Losing or forgetting one among the list would not make up for an acceptable and safe skiing activity.
It is not advisable for anyone to ski in ordinary and casual clothes. The ski suit is the proper garment worn on top of the ordinary clothes to help the body maintain and attain protection from the freezing and dangerous cold outdoors.
Thus, skiing in the nude would expose one’s frail body to extreme and freezing cold that could be primary and immediate cause for hypothermia.
That danger would most significantly offset all the other dangers and risks of skiing, and much worse, nude skiing.
So upon looking at pictures of nude skiers, condition the mind that the pictures are just meant to amuse and entertain. Practically, it is not to be followed in real life.
Otherwise, you would die of hypothermia, and that would be within an instant. Do not attempt to ski on the nude. Have some decency, and have a little goal to attain healthful and sane skiing practices, won’t you?
Enjoy skiing!
